Hey y’all! 👋 I just wanted to hop on here and say that if you, a friend, or a family member is thinking about buying or selling a home, I’d love for you to send them my way! Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, an experienced buyer, or just have questions about the process, please never hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help and to talk things through with you.

I’d even love to grab coffee (on me) and sit down to chat about your goals, whether you’re ready to buy now or just want to start figuring out what that could look like. You never have to feel like you’re asking a silly question or reaching out too early. I’m here to help and would genuinely love the opportunity to work with you! 🤍

Small Town Saturday 🤎

This week, we’re stopping in Ash Grove, Missouri! A town full of history, hometown pride, and the kind of community charm that makes small towns so special.

And if you’re visiting Ash Grove, you have to make a stop at Maple Lane 🍪🤎 A local favorite known for its delicious baked goods and sweet treats, it’s the perfect example of the little places that make a community feel like home.

I love discovering the stories, traditions, and local gems that make each town around the 417 unique.

What small town should I visit next? I’d love to hear your favorite local spots!

Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE history, small towns, and especially the stories that make small towns what they are. 🤎

Growing up in a small town myself, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the traditions, the people, and the sense of community that you find in places where neighbors really do know everything about each other (sometimes a little too much... and if you're from a small town, you know what I mean). There’s something special about a town with deep roots, where generations of families have built a life and where community isn’t just a word, it’s a way of life.

That’s exactly why I wanted to start Small Town Saturdays. Each Saturday, I’ll be highlighting a different small town around the 417 and sharing a little bit about what makes each one unique. Because to me, real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about the people, the places, and the communities that make a house feel like home.

First up: Fair Grove, Missouri. A town FULL of history, tradition, and that welcoming small town charm I love so much. 🤎

I’d love to know… what’s your favorite small town around the Ozarks? Tell me where I should visit next and what makes it special!

I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

Every phone call, text message, recommendation, and conversation means so much to me. Whether you're asking a quick question, wondering if it's the right time to buy or sell, referring someone you care about, or trusting me to guide you through your own journey, none of it is something I'll ever take for granted.

I know Realtors can sometimes get the reputation of being all about transactions and commission. While in this career I have definitely come across that, for me the relationships are what matter most.

When someone chooses to work with me, they're involving me in one of the biggest decisions and chapters of their life (if not THE biggest). That's a responsibility I'll never take lightly. It's why I want you to feel heard, informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

It's very important that my clients know that closing day isn't the end of our relationship. It's the beginning of one. I genuinely love keeping up with my clients, celebrating life's milestones with them, answering questions months or even years later, and being someone they know they can call whenever they need guidance.

If you've ever trusted me with your questions, your referrals, or your home, thank you. Your trust means more than I could ever put into words, and I hope you always know that you'll never be "just another transaction" to me. You're someone I'm incredibly grateful to know, and I'll always value the relationship we've built. If you've made it this far, thank you so much for reading!🤍
