Last week I got the chance to watch the PGA 78th US JR. Amateur Championship with my son and his friend and his family. It was a gorgeous afternoon on this stunning course at Saucon Valley Country Club. 🏌🏻‍♀️The trophy was recently renamed the Tiger Woods Cup; my son was excited to see lots of names he recognized engraved on the side. 🏆 Tiger Woods (3) Scotty Scheufler (2) Bryson Chambeu, etc etc. ⛳️ He was deep in sports talk with his buddy while the moms caught up about looking forward/can’t believe it’s almost back to school! ☀️ 🍂 Trying to enjoy the last days of summer even though the market is still hot hot hot! LOVE the Hotel B! In High School a friend was the bellboy, when I went to Moravian it’s where we got our parents to take us for a fancy brunch, as an adult, I have been there for weddings, showers, holidays. It’s such a gem here in Historic Bethlehem. 🌟 🏨 🥇

Being a real estate agent is a crazy job. It’s unpredictable, emotional and stressful. But sometimes, it’s ridiculously heartwarming. Yesterday was the warm and fuzzy kinda day. Nikki and I have known each other since high school, marching in the band together. (Go bandos 🎶)

I was so excited when our boys became friends and daily summer swimming buddies. Over the past few years I have heard about them losing out on many houses in the district. The family had pretty much given up and decided to stay in their smaller home until the boys are done school.

THEN the last week of school, I get a text from Nikki about a listing of my co-workers. We managed to put it all together in 24 hours and settled on the house in 3 weeks. I have never been so truly elated at a settlement. And it was pretty cool to have my son help out with closing too! These boys are ready for their new hood and huge new backyard! Congratulations G family!!!! 👏🏻 👏🏻
