During these times of extreme cold, water can be a HUGE problem!

True North Restoration of Greater St. Louis West is my trusted 24/7 restoration partner.

Be safe, but if you need service, they are here to help!

We received a call that a family in Wentzville discovered a leak had been going on for at least 5 hours. Our team was on site at 8 pm last night (Saturday), quickly doing the hard work to prevent any further damage and mitigate what had already happened.

We carefully removed baseboards, drilled holes in that space to dry out the walls, set up drying chambers to trap heat and remove the moisture effectively- stopping that mold and bacteria growth before it even has a chance to get going.

We'll be back on site on Tuesday, measure the moisture levels, and if it's dried out, get the baseboards back in place.

This family is both lucky and did the right thing in calling right away - the actual damage and cost should be minimal, and they'll be able to get on with their lives like nothing happened in no time.
