The StC Fire Dept was just called to Condor Ct for a fire that was started from debris from a resident shooting off fireworks. The fire was contained and only the dumpster was involved thankfully for some quick responding residents and the Fire Dept.
As a reminder FIREWORKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED 🚫 🎆 from being shot off on the property including but limited to your porch/patio, the parking lot, common ground area, pool area, decks, etc.
A fine of $100- will be assessed at the minimum for this action.
We take the safety of our residents very seriously and do not want to see anyone displaced from their home or worse due to a fire.

Every unit should have a Class A, B, C combo extinguisher near their kitchen as a precaution. This is not mandatory but a very wise investment for your own safety.
