Interesting article for anyone who feels their property assessment is inaccurate.

Your home is probably worth more than it was two years ago. All property owners in the county will get a Notice of Real Estate Assessment by the end of April, showing the change of value.

Effective tomorrow, February 1, Hawks Nest Drive is being renamed to Pundmann Parkway. Street signs will be updated in the coming weeks. No residential addresses are affected by this change. This change comes as part of the development of Pundmann Nature Park that will be developed near the intersection of Lynnbrook Drive. The two-acre park will feature a pavilion for outdoor educational classroom space, walking paths and informational signs about the various native flowers and plants growing in it.

Information on Hawks Nest Drive

Project will replace pavement in poor condition along Hawks Nest Drive from Zumbehl Road to West Clay Street. Project includes a full depth pavement replacement from Zumbehl Road to Falcons Way and pavement preservation with crack sealing and selective concrete slab replacements from Falcons Way.....
