Allergic to mold? Air quality testing starts with the control test of outside air. I recommend having your basement air ducts and living space all tested. Prior to moving in. This home is receiving air quality tests, radon tests, sewer scope inspection and a Full home inspection. Tests are being done two days prior to the home inspection in order to have all the results the day of the inspection , so we don’t go beyond our inspection period.

Sump pump replacement Suggestions: Check out Utica Pump in Utica for the American made Zoeller pump made from cast iron not Plastic!!! And almost the same price as cheap Home Depot pumps, and they will last longer, they’ll rebuild my old one so I’ll have a backup! Also make sure to seal the sump lid to help keep Radon levels low. Pump changed in 15 minutes even with the sealed lid and now off to my first inspection of the day. Have a great day!

Seller said new 30 year shingle installed last year.... they failed to say they did it themselves over the existing 30 year old shingles!!!! And no they didn't change the rubber vent boots or repair the broken gutters or my favorite,,,, that's tar paper on top of the chimney cap not a sealed metal cap. Please ask your inspector if they walk the roof before you hire them, can't see this from the ground!!!!

So true!!! Change the filters every 3 months if you can, and if you haven’t done it yet change all the smoke and carbon monoxide batteries and clean your dryer vent since you have the time😁
