👋 It’s me, Jeanette. I wanted an excuse to post this picture of me and my favorite person, so here’s a reintroduction for anyone new here.

I’ve been an STL full-time realtor and house flipper since 2012. I’ve lived in Shrewsbury, Maplewood, Tower Grove, and now Creve Coeur ❤️. If you’re buying or selling, I’ll help you navigate the process, negotiate like your equity depends on it (because it does), and make smart upgrade decisions even your dad will approve. I’ve been told my best skill is negotiating = maybe from all those monoploy games as a kid. A loan officer calls me the “queen of closing costs,” hey, I’ll take it!
