👋 It’s me, Jeanette. I wanted an excuse to post this picture of me and my favorite person, so here’s a reintroduction for anyone new here.
I’ve been an STL full-time realtor and house flipper since 2012. I’ve lived in Shrewsbury, Maplewood, Tower Grove, and now Creve Coeur ❤️. If you’re buying or selling, I’ll help you navigate the process, negotiate like your equity depends on it (because it does), and make smart upgrade decisions even your dad will approve. I’ve been told my best skill is negotiating = maybe from all those monoploy games as a kid. A loan officer calls me the “queen of closing costs,” hey, I’ll take it!
For homeowners, I’m here to help with renovations that actually make sense. Whether you’re upgrading your home for yourself or prepping it to sell without overdoing it, I’ve got you covered.
In 2025, I’m taking on more of your individual requests = kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, lower levels to name a few because those spaces really count when it comes to resale value. If you’re thinking about tackling one of those, let’s talk.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with Sarah , my two dogs (Reese the Boxer and C**t the Frenchie), and our nine saltwater fish (Barb, Ellen, Chip, Chip’s boyfriend—you get the idea). I’m also a big fan of snow days and staying home (introvert life).
