Webster Groves families.. this one's for you 👀

3peat clients came to me with a tight timeline, a strict budget, and a short list of must-haves: 3 bedrooms, a home office, wanting to move from Valley Park to Webster Groves school district, all under $450K. In one of the most competitive price points in St. Louis right now.

We made 2 offers total. The first one didn't work out and honestly, I'm so glad it didn't.
