OK, who wants to be my neighbor? I live about a half mile from the Missouri River, on a bluff above the Katy Trail, so I'm in St Charles County but just barely. Which means easy access to 364 & 141, and less than 30 minutes to nearly everywhere in St Louis. SO convenient!

My longtime neighbor is moving, and I'd love to find someone who appreciates all the love and hard work he put into his home. My heart continues to break watching the devastation of the wildfires in Los Angeles. Keith and I used to live there. We were also married there and have a friend who's a veteran LAFD firefighter. The loss of lives, homes, personal belongings, historic landmarks, businesses, trees & wildlife, and indeed entire communities is unimaginably shocking and sad.

It's even worse thinking of the tens of thousands of people now needing a place to live, in a city where finding a house or apartment (much less one that's affordable) is extremely difficult. So I feel for all my fellow Realtors in LA, facing this incredible challenge to help people.

I've always considered real estate a service business but this is some next-level stuff. So please join me in sending prayers and positive energy to all the "helpers" out there and all of those who are hurting and in need. 💕

The Los Angeles wildfires show that it's time to view our industry as a way to help our fellow man.
