OK, who wants to be my neighbor? I live about a half mile from the Missouri River, on a bluff above the Katy Trail, so I'm in St Charles County but just barely. Which means easy access to 364 & 141, and less than 30 minutes to nearly everywhere in St Louis. SO convenient!

My longtime neighbor is moving, and I'd love to find someone who appreciates all the love and hard work he put into his home.
