More times than not, private sellers welcome buyers agents and their clients to tour their properties and are happy to work with them. *Having representation during a transaction is always best practice, in my opinion, so you have someone on your side throughout the entire process. 😊

The sellers (who are fabulous, BTW) were so gracious during our tour, sharing lots of info about the building and amenities. We toured two condos that day, and she knew right away. 😁

Congratulations to my seller!
He spent the last two years (I was his buyer’s agent in 2024) fixing up the place, updating it and making it such a cute home! He received multiple offers in a short time and was thrilled to pass it along to the new owner.

With 35+ showings and 8 offers, it was a whirlwind of a weekend for me fielding calls, texts and emails. Worth every second because I’m so happy for them!
