🎉 Our littlest team member turns NINE today! 🎉

Somehow, Isabelle is officially 9 years old. 🥹

She’s been appearing in our photos, videos, open houses and general real estate chaos for years now, so it only seems appropriate that we let her take over the page for a minute today. ❤️

This one makes us so happy.

When you trust us to sell your home, we don't look at it as simply putting a sign in the yard—we're partnering with you from the day we sit down together until the day those keys change hands.

And today, we get to celebrate Mike & Kathy! 🎉

We listed their home on June 24th with a plan: prepare it well, market it well, and price it for the market we were actually in. That strategy brought plenty of activity, multiple offers, and by July 15th, we were under contract.

Of course, getting under contract is only part of the journey. There were inspections, negotiations, paperwork, phone calls, deadlines, and all those little things that happen behind the scenes before you finally get to put CLOSED on the file. 😅

Through all of it, these two were absolutely wonderful to work with.

Mike & Kathy, thank you for trusting us with your home and allowing us to be part of this chapter with you. We're so excited for you as you head off on your next adventure, and we wish you nothing but happiness in whatever comes next. ❤️

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that get you. ❤️
Today was another Habitat home dedication. A brand-new house, papers signed, keys handed over, lots of smiles and laughter, and—as usual—a few happy tears.
I've been fortunate enough to attend several of these, and every single one is special. But for some reason, this one hit me a little differently.
As I was leaving, I noticed the doormat had already been placed outside the front door.
Such a simple thing. Just a doormat.
This is a house she worked incredibly hard for. And now there was a mat at the door, keys in her hand, and a family who could finally say, “This is our home.”
That's the part that gets me.
Habitat builds houses, yes. But what happens inside those walls is so much bigger. It's stability. Security. Pride. A fresh start. A place to make memories and put down roots.
It changes lives.
And getting to play even a tiny part in that process is something I don't ever want to take for granted.
Congratulations to today's new homeowner. ❤️🔑🏡

Summer has been keeping us on our toes! 🏡☀️

And somewhere in between... back-to-school, family life, inspections, paperwork, showings, and approximately 47 cups of coffee. 😂

We wouldn't have it any other way.

We're incredibly grateful for the sellers who have trusted us with their homes this summer and for every buyer, agent, inspector, title company and person behind the scenes who helps get us from “For Sale” to “Sold.”

And we're not done yet. 😉

Apparently while I've been slacking on our social media, Chris has been over on the Mellow Ann page creating an entire advertising campaign. 😂

And I have to admit... some of these are pretty good.

So yes, that's cartoon Chris. Yes, he has a cigar. And yes, your lawn apparently has feelings. 🤣🌴

But the lawn service part is very real!

Mellow Ann is now offering lawn maintenance throughout our area, including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup. Whether you need regular service, seasonal care, or somebody to rescue the yard you've been pretending not to notice... Chris has you covered.

Well... apparently it's AUGUST. 😂

Somewhere between closings, contracts, inspections, showings, home dedications, summer adventures, getting ready for back-to-school, and just regular life... the calendar flipped over and I completely missed it.

We've officially wrapped up one closing, we're working toward the finish line on another, and summer break has somehow disappeared in the blink of an eye. 🏡☀️📚

It's been busy. It's been a little chaotic. And we're incredibly grateful for all of it.

So consider this our official **"Hi, we're still here!"** post. 😂

Now that we're attempting to return to our regularly scheduled programming... we've got plenty to catch you up on!
