Today, I had the honor of representing Michael as he became a first-time homeowner. Watching that same mix of focus, nerves, and then pure excitement at the end never gets old. Today was closing day for my clients Juan & Emily.
Juan called me at the beginning of December and said, “Emily and I are moving back from Texas, Missouri is home.”
I had just sold their home at the beginning of 2025, so I’ll admit, I was surprised. This marks the third time Juan and Emily have trusted me with their real estate moves, and that kind of loyalty never goes unnoticed.

Today marked the start of demolition on the former Millennium Hotel in downtown St. Louis. This redevelopment is going to be a good addition along with the other Developments in the past years to rebuild Downtown Saint Louis. Now, all Downtown needs to do is lift the specific height restrictions for buildings near the Arch, and then maybe we can start discussing how big Corporate America can move in to help reshape Downtown.
