This business finds a way to keep you humble. We FINALLY closed the refinance of our latest property last week. It was a NIGHTMARE, but it’s done! Every time we think we have things “figured out”, a piece of the process needs to be reevaluated. If you want the reward, you need to work through the struggle. Getting someone into a beautifully updated home is worth the frustration, so we’re going to keep going. We are determined to find people that believe the same values we do. Everybody can win in this game! It’s all about working with honest, hard working people like ourselves. Can’t wait for the next one ❤️
