Working with my recent real estate client/co-worker Natalie, it was a journey of patience as we toured about 30 homes in their search for the perfect fit. Each property we visited had its unique attributes, yet none seemed to align perfectly with their vision. One way or another, we finally discovered a new build layout that checked all the boxes. I’m more then happy for her, her daughter, boyfriend, and even grandpa. Looking forward to seeing what other additions they bring to their home.
Also big shout out to one of the best lenders in St. Louis area, through out numerous real estate deals, I have had the privilege of partnering with Elite Mortgage that consistently goes above and beyond.
