Big news for Missouri investors! 🚨A new bill just passed that could eliminate all state taxes on capital gains — and it’s not just for real estate. 😳If signed by the Governor, you could potentially sell:💼 Investment properties (flips, rentals, etc.)📈 Stocks & bonds💰 Crypto🏢 Commercial real estate📊 Shares in private businesses…without paying Missouri capital gains tax.Yep — zero state tax. 😮If this goes through, Missouri would be the first state in the country to fully eliminate capital gains tax for individuals.Pretty wild, right?
