Murdoch basement floor update. Most of the basement has finished walls, drop ceiling and lighting along with a half bath. Added LVP flooring and quarter round to make that portion a finished basement. Use the space for an extra bedroom/sleep room, office, living room, playroom, or workout room. Also added a v***r barrier that allows moisture, water and airflow in case of minor leaks (it’s an old house). First Responder Handyman

Edgar miscellaneous updates. New garbage disposal, new security light, and painted basement floor. Also installed a new kitchen faucet, floor transitions, and locks (didn’t take photos). First Responder Handyman

Edgar bathroom updates. Shower valve was not operating properly. Couldn’t remove the valve cartridge so had to replace the entire valve. Also installed a new shower head, tub spout, and vanity lights. First Responder Handyman

Third single family home purchased in October 2021. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.

Not a lot of updates needed. New light fixtures throughout, some painting, basement floor painting and whatever else I can find - there are always some hidden fixes when buying a house.

Lots of updates for this one coming down the pipeline. Restaining the floors, new kitchen counters, kitchen sink/faucet, new bathroom flooring, new bathroom vanity/sink/faucet, new bathroom toilet, new floor in sunroom, basement floor painting, and some misc.

Only changes needing to be made is painting the living room, hallway, a bedroom and basement walls. Will also be adding baseboard to the basement drywall.
