We sanded these hardwoods today. Still have a ways to go, but this will be rental number #10 in our portfolio... Slow and steady wins the race. 🐢 👍🏼

This is the latest house we just picked up... First thing is getting power on, which involves a bit of a circus dance between the municipality, our electrician, and the power company... One tip is to clean and paint the panel cover prior to any pending inspection. 👍🏼

Countertop install today at a house we are working on. We’re going with a white quartz to keep the look nice and clean and some trendy gold pulls. We’ll be sure to post some pics once the appliances and fixtures are in. Looking forward to seeing how it all turns out!
