Most of the apartments (except Roger Place) in all of these units have one bedroom and hardwood floors throughout; some have a "bonus" room that can be used as an office. The remodeled kitchens boast oak cabinets, gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. (Some kitchen floors are hardwood; others are ceramic tile.)

There's always at least one ceiling fan and the remodeled bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and updated fixtures. There are lots of cabinet space and ample closet space. Each building has free use of washer/dryer (no lugging your clothes to the laundromat!!) and some art glass windows.

For those located in Tower Grove South and the Shaw Neighborhood, it's a short walk to beautiful Tower Grove Park and the South Grand Business and restaurant district. AND, in these neighborhoods, the SLU med school campus is really close! But since all of these are in South St. Louis, they are convenient to Washington University, Webster University, and the main St. Louis University as well!
