Congratulations to Brian and Tiffianay Penson for the completion of the purchase of their lease purchase home!!! They are now homeowners and their new monthly payment is over $100 lower ( than the rent payment ) even with their taxes & insurance rolled into the mortgage. Congratulations to Frederick and Elaine Johnson on the purchase of their home!!!!! Frederick and Elaine met with me a little over 3 years ago and we helped them get a contract and move into a great home in Florissant with our lease to purchase program!!!
