We are in need of a maintenance tech to join our team! HVAC certified preferred but not required to start. Duties include completing work orders for tenants in a timely and courteous manner, turning units for new move ins, and general upkeep of the property. Qualified applicants should have knowledge of appliance repair, plumbing, light electrical, heating and cooling, drywall and carpentry.

Happy Thanksgiving! We are grateful to have such wonderful residents! Our leasing office will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday. We will be open on Saturday at 10:30 am.
