We are officially sold out of all 100 tickets for next week’s Agent STL launch event for St. Charles County. The Water’s Edge has much stricter capacity than The Lodge, so we are very much sold out. That said, I do usually get a few ticket cancellations in the days before these events, so please reach out if you still want to go and I’ll start a stand by list.

On a side note - I am absolutely thrilled to see so much excitement for this occurring on the other side of the river and I’m so thankful for everyone that will be there and that attends these in general. These events and what they represent mean the world to me and it’s pretty surreal how far we’ve come in such a short period of time. ❤️🙏

Two weeks out and just 8 seats remaining! I usually get a lot of calls in the days before these events asking if there are extra tickets due to the sellout status. There is zero overflow seating at the Water’s Edge so once they are gone they are truly gone. I just don’t want anyone to miss out if they want to be in the room!

Today, we are proud to officially announce Lori Williams as Community Impact Officer for Agent STL.

This role matters. Community impact is not an add on here. It is part of our responsibility to each other and to the places where we live and work. Lori brings both the heart and the leadership to help carry that forward in a meaningful way.

At our last event, Lori introduced the Child Advocacy Center of Northeast Missouri as our January cause. The Child Advocacy Center provides a safe, child-friendly place for children who have experienced abuse or witnessed violence. They work to protect children, help families begin healing, and prevent future abuse through trauma-informed support, forensic interviews, advocacy, mental health services, and prevention education programs for kids and adults.

Because of that moment and the generosity in the room, we have already raised $335 in support of their work, and this is only the beginning.

On February 24, we’re officially launching Agent STL St. Charles County with a flagship event called The Launch. This marks the first expansion of Agent STL and sets the tone for what comes next.

The Launch brings together top St. Charles County agents, brokerage leaders, and local political leaders for a candid conversation about growth, development, and the forces shaping this market right now. These are people actively influencing the future of the region.
