I am a full-time Realtor at the award-winning Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters, and have been so since 2001. I have `20+ years of experience assisting clients in the purchase and sale of real estate across the Metropolitan St. Louis and surrounding areas. I work with both Sellers and Buyers. The news just came in! My buyers contracted this lovely South County villa today. It has all of the perks of a traditional home: 4 sizable bedrooms, an open floor plan, main floor laundry, and a gorgeous sunroom overlooking a lush backyard. That being said, no more cutting grass or shoveling snow in the winter as the association handles that. Yahoo!
