No matter how you know me, you know I'm an equal opportunity prayer recipient. Catholic, Jewish, Lutheran, Baptist, Born Again, Christian. Everybody except Satanists. I don't think I know any, so I should be okay.

On another person's timeline, another agent commented on my comment about a cap rate short cut. I went over the long version and now have confused a whole bunch of new investors.
This post is more about my reaction to the other agent's comment.
1. My knee jerk reaction is to call him out on the posts I have seen of his, (definitely no deals there)
2. I double thought my response.
3. Then I thought about no response.
4. I decided to give value and educate. And apologize for confusing new investors.

What I learned is that upsetting others to justify your comments is divisive, And we have enough of that.

So remember: you have too much time on your hands right now. Study your classes and/or join us Thursday at 8 p.m on ZOOM TO TALK REAL ESTATE.
