St Louis REALTORS® and the REALTORS® Housing Assistance Fund (St Louis' grant charity) have a partnership with Rebuilding Together St Louis for 10 years. For 10 years we have worked on 25+ homes, created 2 pocket parks and a few community street clean ups.

Rebuilding Together St Louis honored St Louis REALTORS® and the REALTORS® Housing Assistance Fund with their Rebuilder Award on Friday 6/5.

Keep up to date at Protect MO Taxpayers We need to make sure we are sharing information with our pages.

The Missouri Supreme Court declined to accept the politicians appeal, meaning Missouri voters will now see new, more truthful ballot language for Amendment 5. That is a major win for taxpayers and for the NO on 5 campaign.

As campaign spokesman Scott Charton said: “Missouri’s highest court is allowing voters to see a more truthful ballot summary of the power grab behind the politician’s Amendment 5.”

The new language exposes what Amendment 5 really does: it authorizes the expansion of sales and use taxes, curtails constitutional limits on taxing goods and services, and lets politicians force through the biggest Everything Tax increase in Missouri history without a vote of the people.

That means higher taxes on everyday services Missourians use, from car repairs to health care to home sales, “from the services of the midwife to the services of the mortician.”

There are 56 days left to make sure voters know the truth.

The St Louis REALTORS® Community Engagement Committee volunteered today at the Veterans Community Project of St Louis. We did a little bit of everything - from lawn care, to installing hurricane clips, raising the trusses for a home and all kinds of other projects.

Once complete, the Village will include 50 fully furnished tiny homes for individuals and families, alongside a 3,000-square-foot Village Center with a kitchen, wellness spaces, classrooms, and more.

Committee applications for 2027 are open!

I have learned a lot being on National committees. I have been on the Housing Opportunities committee for the second time. Housing Opportunities is a 2 year term. I was invited to be on the Level 3 Grant Review Group this year. It has been amazing reading, commenting and awarding up to $15,000 in National Grants. We had such a great response and great programs that we approved the budget for the year already.
