I actually laughed out loud when I opened the cabinet door, I know that isn't very professional, do you blame me, now how do I contain myself while I am writing the inspection report, LOL!!! First pic is the bathroom sink second is the wet bar.

Been awhile since I have posted on this page, I would like to comment on electrical panels, someone installed wood screws to secure the panel cover (never use pointed screws for any electrical box of any kind) PEOPLE if you don't know what you are doing do not try to be an electrician, you could burn your house down, or worse hurt someone.
