Sadly, we are saying goodbye to Meghan! It was such a bittersweet decision for the Moon family to start their next chapter in Florida!

We were able to help Meghan sell her home for over asking in the first weekend it was on the market.

We are going to miss them so much, but we know Florida will take care of them!

I’ve been in real estate a long time, and in my experience, 99.9% of the time when a home isn’t selling in Stafford, Fredericksburg, or Northern Virginia, it comes down to one of two things

The price is off.
When a home is priced aspirationally instead of strategically, it tends to sit. The longer it sits, the more days on market it racks up, which can make buyers wonder what’s wrong or offer you less.

The marketing isn’t reaching the right buyers.
If the right people aren’t seeing your home at the right time, they’re not able to schedule a showing or make an offer. Great marketing gets your home in front of the buyers most likely to act.
