Ever.
Water damage is undefeated.

They just want 💰 top dollar — and sometimes that means hiding things in plain sight.

After walking thousands of homes, I know exactly where to look…

🚩 1. Fresh paint in ONE room
If every room is outdated except one freshly painted space… ask WHY.
Could be covering water damage, mold, cracks, or stains 👀

🚩 2. Rugs in weird places
Living room rug = normal
Kitchen rug? Random hallway rug? 🤨
That’s usually hiding damaged floors or stains
👉 Move it. You’re allowed to.

🚩 3. Over-the-top air fresheners
One candle = vibes 🕯️
Plug-ins everywhere + diffusers = 🚨
Think pet odor, mildew, or smoke
If it smells like a Bath & Body Works exploded… start asking questions

🚩 4. Furniture placed… oddly
