Compilation of interesting things we saw at showings over the last week..

Isn't that fixture awesome? It lowers the chandelier so you can easily change the bulbs without climbing up on a ladder. The as-seen-on-TV grab bar suctioned to the broiler drawer was pretty creative, and not sure if the plastic bags in the bricks are for storage or extra insulation

This is the second showing that we've seen this cute little cat door though, they are an attention-grabber!

As for the door handle hole used for a dryer plug, no comment 🤨

This stunning bathroom belongs to a FSBO listing we just got under contract for our clients. Historic homes with modern upgrades are always so beautiful! 🤩
