Every home has a story, and this one had quite a journey!!

Congratulations to my amazing client on closing and beginning a brand-new chapter! From our very first walk-through together, she shared one important goal with me, she needed to sell by May. Along the way, we faced obstacles, unexpected turns, and moments that tested us, but giving up was never an option.

Today, we made it to the finish line and closed right on time. Seeing a goal become reality after all the hard work makes moments like these so rewarding. I am beyond excited for you and your next journey, and I cannot wait to see how your new home comes together.

Congratulations to Rosita and her beautiful family!
After years of searching, hoping, touring homes, and dreaming about the perfect place to call home… we finally found the one. Seeing your family walk through those doors together, smiling and excited for this new chapter, truly filled my heart. From the late conversations, the dinners, the ups and downs, and every step in between — we made it to the finish line together. And the best part? This is only the beginning of so many beautiful memories waiting to be made in your new home.

Out with the old, in with the new!

So happy for these two! Being able to help them sell their home AND get into their new one meant a lot.

We stayed on top of everything and kept things moving so they could get out of their old place and into their new one smoothly, and it all came together right when it needed to.

We even spent the whole day moving them in… which was actually a lot of fun (minus the few scars and the stains on my dress 😅). Definitely a team effort from start to finish.

I couldn’t have done this without my photographer Raena for making their listing look amazing and my lender Richard for helping get them into their new home, y’all seriously rock!!

Watching this next chapter begin for you both is something really special. A new home, new memories, and so much ahead. I’m just grateful I got to be a small part of it.

Huge congratulations on closing! Some life decisions aren’t easy, but with a little trust, guidance, and patience, we made it happen. After looking at several homes and exploring different options, we finally found the one and I couldn’t be happier for her.

Making a move seven hours away is a big step, and it takes courage to start a new chapter like this. Being part of that journey is something I’m truly grateful for. I can’t wait to see how you make this house your home and all the memories that will be created there.

I couldn’t wait any longer to share this moment. What a journey it’s been, but they made it to the closing table and I truly couldn’t be happier for them.

From tying the knot to now purchasing their very first home, what an incredible season of life for these two. After signing what felt like a whole novel of paperwork, we headed over to their future home and squeezed in a little photo shoot to celebrate. Moments like that are always the best.

Spending time with them is always such a joy, and seeing everything come together made this even more special. Congratulations to you both on such beautiful milestones. I can’t wait to see the memories you’ll create and everything you’ll make out of this new chapter.

And I still can’t believe I had the chance to help little Joey with such a big step in life. I’ll always remember him running around with the guys in my grade. Seeing him here now, building his future, is something really special.
