This yard had a LOT going on underneath the surface… 🌱💧

The original sprinkler zone was heavily damaged after a tree removal and stump grinding project, and on top of that there was a major root restriction running across the yard causing coverage and pressure issues.

Instead of continuing to patch damaged lines over and over, we rebuilt the area the right way 👇

✔️ Added a completely new sprinkler zone
✔️ Reworked damaged irrigation lines
✔️ Improved overall water coverage
✔️ Eliminated issues caused by roots and previous damage

A lot of homeowners don’t realize how much underground roots and landscaping projects can affect an irrigation system until dry spots, leaks, or pressure issues start showing up 💧

Another irrigation system brought back to life yesterday

This one needed more than just a basic repair — the system had multiple older components failing and causing ongoing issues.

Here’s what we upgraded 👇

✔️ Replaced the backflow preventer
✔️ Rebuilt / replaced valves
✔️ Upgraded the old timer to a new controller
✔️ Installed new plumbing in the basement
✔️ Removed an old failing gate valve
✔️ Replaced bent copper coming through the wall with properly installed new copper
✔️ Installed a new ball valve shutoff for better reliability and easier operation
