We have started the process of doing final invoices for residential customers and have started to be mailed out. we are also starting sending refunds to who ever is paid up. It willl take a week or two to get all the accounts taken care of.

Starting Oct 3 and 4th and 5th. We will be pulling all the residential cans. The company that was supposed to take over never got back to me after a couple attempts to contact them. When we take the cans. We will take the trash that is in the cans as well and any recycling that is out we will take that as well.
Any one that is positive on there accounts will be refunded there money. Any one that is negative on there accounts will be invoiced for the remaining balance due.

Good morning. We are going to be pulling all the residential trash cans in the city of Oswego over the next couple days. We will pull the cans and if there is trash in the cans we will take that as well.

As for refunds. If you are paid ahead you will get a refund on your money. If you are behind on your payments that money is still do so that every one can be squared up.
We are going to be only doing landclearing and roll offs dumpsters.
