SHARE THIS ✈️ Delta flight attendant applications are opening again.
Delta Air Lines will soon begin accepting applications for future flight attendant positions, and if you have ever wanted a career that allows you to travel, meet people from around the world, and represent one of the most recognized airlines in the industry, this may be your opportunity.
The upcoming hiring season will include opportunities for both current Delta employees and external applicants. Delta is also expanding its future candidate pool through a summer hiring cycle, with training classes projected to begin in 2027.
A few important things to know before applying:
• Delta will be hiring both English-speaking candidates and bilingual candidates for select Language of Destination (LOD) roles
• Applicants interested in LOD opportunities must be fluent in English and at least one qualifying language
• All candidates will apply through the same application posting and can indicate language qualifications during the application process
Languages currently being considered for select LOD positions include:
French, German, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Greek, Hebrew, Swedish, Czech, and Danish.
WHAT DOES DELTA LOOK FOR?
Delta flight attendants are responsible for much more than service. Safety is always the number one priority, while also creating a professional, caring, and memorable customer experience onboard every flight.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Must be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, overnights, and international travel
Also worth noting:
Beginning in June 2026, applicants who are not selected may apply again after six months once a new requisition becomes available.
