I had a sump pump failure this afternoon (you don’t know true fear until you’ve had a sump pump go kaput on you). I bought a new one but didn’t realize I needed a connection for the hose until I unboxed it. I called Otisville Tru-Value Hardware, and they said they had the part I needed and to bring the pump with me. They installed the part for me, and I had the pump up and running within the hour. Thank you for going above and beyond!
