Another Healthcare Hero served! After a few months of looking at homes on the MLS, we rolled up our sleeves, and got a For Sale By Owner home under contract. Another successful closing day in the books with a Military Hero buyer/seller couple. Richard happens to be one of my soldiers, which makes this one even more special. Through the process of selling their previous home and buying the next one at a great price, they were able to put themselves in a great place financially. The equity they had allowed them to knockout some debt, like most of us have, and get into a great home in the country with some acreage and with room for growth. This process has provided the potential for their long term financial success, and paved the way to be in a great spot for a healthy drop in interest rates with a refinance in the near future.
