Tulio. My name is Kevin, and I wanted to ask you what qualities you like most about Collier, and also what your favorite amenity is.
Mr. Tulio: I've been at The Collier for about a year now, and I basically like everything. The accessibility was the first thing we were looking for, and the Collier is very accessible. There's Peachtree Industrial right in front of us and Buford Highway is very close, which makes it easy to get to the most important places, especially our workplaces.
Another very important thing was the tranquility. We like that wherever we go, wherever we are, the environment is calm and the people are friendly, and we've found that here too. On top of that, the Collier has a modern structure that I love. It looks very nice and beautiful during the day, but it's even better at night because the lights give it a kind of magical atmosphere.
I don't really see it as an apartment complex - it feels more like a hotel
where you go to rest, because the gym is top-notch and the pool is too. So all of that adds up, and I'm very happy to be at the Collier.
