A lot of people have asked me why I built an underground bunker.

The answer is actually pretty simple.

Back in 2021, I started a business building and renting unique vacation rentals. From treehouses, to A-frames, to “The Forty Five” a cabin built at a 45° angle, I’ve always wanted every project to be something people couldn’t find just anywhere.

When it came time to build a larger house, I knew I wanted to take that idea to another level.

Instead of creating a massive structure that dominated the landscape, I decided to hide half of it underground. It keeps the footprint smaller, blends into the property better, and creates an experience you just can’t get in a traditional home.

And honestly… the idea of tunnels, hidden spaces, and a cave-like atmosphere is just plain cool.

At the end of the day, how many places can you book where you get to spend the weekend in an underground bunker?

That’s exactly the kind of experience I wanted to create. A place that’s memorable, different, and a little unexpected.

The Valen+Bunker Last summer was in the middle of construction, dirt everywhere and a vision coming to life. This summer it's full of people making memories, relaxing in the sun, and enjoying everything we worked so hard to build.

The pool has been a huge hit already and honestly it's the place to be on a hot sunny day ☀️ 🙌🏼Grateful to see the vision turn into something people truly enjoy.

Comment "Computer," and I'II walk you through how Computer helped me with this project.

Doing your finances has never been the most exciting thing... until I started using Computer. I've always needed a clean way to track everything, especially with real estate, but between spreadsheets, manual inputs, and double-checking numbers, it used to take hours and be painfully boring.

So instead of dealing with all that, I had Computer build me a system that organizes everything in a way that's actually easy to read and understand. I now have a streamlined setup where my numbers are clear, accurate, and instantly accessible without the usual headache.
