I graduated from Provo High School. After graduation, I attended a few semesters of college at what is currently called Utah Valley University in Orem. I married my high school sweetheart and was hired at a local bank. I worked there as a loan processor, & helped with new accounts & was a teller when needed. That is where I learned to understand the banking & lending industry. Later in life, I wor
ked at Walmart as a cashier and got promoted to Lead Front End Manager and then ended up becoming the Lead Cash Office Manager. The training I received there, helped me understand the importance of customer service & working with the public. I then had the opportunity to work for some close friends that owned their own businesses. I was the Office Manager and learned the process of helping them run their businesses, which taught me how to run my own business. My husband and I currently own a small business, where we carry self defense items for women. We attend shows, where we get to talk with people and explain what we can offer to them for self defense. My kids are grown, but I have grandkids now that I love. It is so much fun for me to watch them grow up. I had thought of real estate for a career path, but never followed through with it. I’ve always found it fascinating to think about how to turn a home into a home you love to live in, the decoration and the design aspects of it. With my previous background and my empathetic nature, pursuing real estate felt like the right next move in my life. Several years ago, my in-laws decided to downsize to a smaller home. So they found an agent to help them. So they started buying a home. Then during all of this, they decided to sell an investment home that they had. So she started helping them with that, then they also found a new investment home that they wanted to buy. There was a lot going on all at once. She took care of every last detail. She never missed anything. I remember thinking “Wow, she is remarkable!”. She was the example that I wanted to follow. So I completed real estate school and passed my tests. I want to be the one that can help make everything run smoothly for my clients and have them remember me as such. It is very fulfilling to me to see a smile on someone's face when I have done something to help them that makes them happy. I want to always remain lifetime friends with my clients. This is my way of making new friendships. I enjoy helping people Love where they Live and create memories one home at a time.
