In real estate, properties sometimes come back on the market for various reasons. Common causes include unfavorable inspection results, the property failing to appraise at the agreed price, loan denial for the buyer, or unmet contract contingencies. These issues can disrupt the sale, leading the property to be relisted for new buyers.
