Hey Gulf Coast friends! I’m Katy — born on Pensacola Beach and raised right here in Gulf Shores, Alabama. My husband and I remodeled and now live in my childhood home with our daughter (who heads to college next year 😅 — I’m not ready!), and it remains one of my favorite places on earth 🏡

My path from creative design to interiors began with a Fashion Merchandising & Design degree from Auburn and grew into a passion for intentional, beautiful spaces that truly feel like home. After marrying into the remodeling world a decade ago with Elliott Painting & Remodeling and earning my real estate license in 2023, I saw a clear need in our market: sellers who deserved homes that showed their very best side.
