When a client calls and says the hubby got a new job….but it’s in another state, we immediately came up with a game plan, discussed all the options and got their house ready to go on the market!

They found a home that would be perfect for the family close to his work and we navigated buying and selling at the same time through all the ups and downs. And believe me, I can be a roller coaster 🎢 ride.

We stuck to the plan and they closed on the sale of their TN home and the purchase of their new home all on a MONDAY!!
