We are a local, woman owned business with over a decade of experience in observing and reporting on properties in the Charleston area. OSR is a woman owned and operated rental property inspection company with all women inspectors. Like most women, we worry about our safety on the job and in our personal lives. We decided to not only take a class together, but to offer it up to other women as well. We assist Real Estate and Property Management companies in performing condition reports for residential rental properties and pre-listing and pre-closing inspections for homes that are being bought and sold.
