Today I moved my Real Estate license to REFERRAL STATUS!

ALL my Business friends, friends in Real Estate, the Mortgage Biz, Insurance, friends looking to Scale UP in 2024.... Or looking to make a Passive income helping others scale up?
So I know this is the time of year, that I am creating my plan for 2024. I am creating my goals, creating a plan on how to hit those goals, and seeing what changes I need to make in my business to 10 X what I did last year.
One thing I have done consistently over the last 20 years is keep my finger on the pulse of ALL THINGS marketing, Social media, digital marketing, Video marketing, and AI. It is ALL a learning curve. Here is where it gets super exciting…. I am NOT a PRO at all things, and I never claim to be. When I find a course, or a group, that HELPS me I share with you! If I learn something new that I know will benefit you and your business, I share with you. There is SOOOOOO much out there, and it gets overwhelming, I get it! So I wanted to share the Course I have found.
I have bought and paid for MANY online Digital courses, so many seem difficult to follow, THIS one is Not at all, and the content inside is TOP NOTCH!
I wanted to share this with you, and I 10 out of 10 recommend this course.
Going into 2024, you need to think outside of the box, do what others are not willing to do, invest in your education and marketing efforts.

As many of you know, I had partnered with another Realtor and began developing a team. Unfortunately that partnership has been dissolved and I wish them all the very very best.
Which leads me to TODAY
Coleman Property Group is now brokered by LPT Realty. I can not tell you how super excited I am for this and I’ve had to hold this excitement in until LPT Realty officially launched here in South Carolina.
There are many reasons people switch Brokers, I have many many reasons but the main ones for me are the amazing marketing provided with LPT, as well as the amazing systems that are provided for us.
Not to mention the structure for us, as agents.

As a team leader & builder I will be bringing on some new team members to join us.
