A great update for manufactured home buyers! 🏡

Freddie Mac has updated its guidelines to allow financing on manufactured homes that have been moved from another site, as long as certain requirements are met.

This could open up more options for buyers who may have previously had trouble finding financing. Knowledge is power when it comes to buying a home!

Selling your home is so much more than putting it on the MLS and hoping for the best.

When I list a home, I’m paying attention. Are we getting showings? What are buyers saying? Are people saving and sharing it? How does it compare to the other homes buyers are seeing?

Sometimes the answer is to give it time, and sometimes we need to make a change. Every home and every situation is different.

I never want my sellers to feel like their home was listed and then forgotten about. My job is to keep watching the market, communicate with you, and make adjustments when we need to.
