Building updates for the month of September:

• Brickwork is complete on Building I, and we are making great progress on Building H. We have a skilled team of brick masons working on Building C as well!

• Gas is being installed.

• Massive architectural windows are being installed in Building B.

• Windows in Buildings E and G are being installed in the coming days.

• Rough-in inspection is complete on Building I, allowing us to start installing insulation and drywall.

• The rough-in is moving forward in Building H.

• Nearly all the roofs at Bonaire Park are dried in.

• Hardie® Plank boards are being installed the second week in September, adding a coastal board-and-batten aesthetic.

• And a huge win for our Retail Promenade — All sewer ties in the ABCD buildings are in!

The concrete slab pour is underway in our multi-level commercial anchor, Building A. Our team is laser focused on seamless collaboration and meticulous site preparation, and are following a precise plan that is triple checked before executing. Literally and figuratively, we are establishing a solid foundation to support Bonaire Park’s 7,000-square-foot signature structure and the other eight buildings that surround it. The slab pour represents more than a construction milestone—it’s an important step toward a reliable vertical structure that’s durable, safe, and built to perform.
