The hum of progress continues at Bonaire Park! This week, we’ll continue to finalize our MEP rough-in for residential Buildings H and I, with Buildings C & D rough-ins already in progress. MEP plans address the development’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing placement, with precise detail. Together, these systems are critical in making our buildings code-compliant and strong, safe, functional, and comfortable.

Our team is seeing top notch roofing installation on several buildings. And, we are pouring the first concrete pad on Building A, the anchor commercial / restaurant space. Each Wednesday, a new concrete pour is planned. On Building B, we’re completing the finish strapping and beginning the process of wrapping the structure with Tyvek.

We’re moving forward and are excited to mark our place in the heart of Summerville. Stay tuned!

Building updates! Important foundational networks such as HVAC, fire protection, lighting, elevators, gas lines, ductwork, power outlets, and communication lines are all part of the rough-in process we are finishing now. Then, our team will begin the process of drywall installation in Buildings H and I, closing in on the space so each home begins to take its shape.
