Friday, I had the privilege of closing a high-speed deal! 11 showings in two and a half days, with an offer in on Day 3 ensured my buyers a new home before jumping into the school year! We had a goal and we made it happen! Congratulations to my buyers!

This week I got the privilege of closing with a first time home buyer that happens to be family!

Buying your first home is scary and intimidating but it is still possible even for young people!
