We love Sunny Isles Beach! We have had the pleasure of living in Sunny Isles Beach for over twenty-five years and watching it grow to become the luxury resort that it is today! We have watched the transformation of Sunny Isles Beach as each new building was constructed and know each property very well. There is a lot of excitement over the construction of impressive new develo
pments, including Regalia, Mansions of Acqualina, Estates of Acqualina, The Four Seasons Surf Club, Faena Housem Porsche Design Tower, Jade Signature, The Chateau and more. We cover a large territory in the Greater Miami area and have sold many luxury homes, condos and commercial and investment properties on Brickell, Downtown Miami, Aventura, Morningside, South Beach and Miami Beach. Wendy was born in New York and has resided in New York, California, New Jersey, Nevada and Mexico City, Mexico. Daniel was born in Mexico City and raised in both Mexico City and Miami Beach where he went through the public and private school systems and attended Curry College in Boston. Prior to working in real estate, Wendy and Daniel owned and operated a company for 15 years that specialized in manufacturing apparel in Mexico City and South Africa and distributed the apparel world wide and then branched off to do corporate events for fund raising, including the Congressional and Legislative Golf Tournament in Puerto Rico for 5 years. Hemos visto la transformación de Sunny Isles Beach, ya que cada nuevo edificio se construyó y se conocen entre propiedad muy bien. Antes de trabajar en el sector inmobiliario, Wendy y Daniel propiedad y operación de una empresa durante 15 años que se especializó en ropa en la Ciudad de México y Sudáfrica fabricación y distribuyó el mundo de la ropa amplia y luego bifurcaba hacer eventos corporativos para la recaudación de fondos, incluyendo el Congreso y Legislativo Torneo de Golf en Puerto Rico durante 5 años.
