✨ Just Closed! 🏡🎉

I’m so excited to share a huge CONGRATULATIONS to my amazing buyers who closed on their very first home yesterday!

In a fast-moving spring market, we faced our share of ups and downs, including missing out on a townhome they loved. 🌟 Hot Chocolate 5K Recap 🌟

This past Sunday, I laced up my sneakers and hit the pavement for the Hot Chocolate 5K — and I’m proud to say it was my 3rd year running this fun event w/ the bestie 🏃‍♀️💨

What I love most about the race is getting a fresh perspective of our city! The course takes you through downtown, past spots like the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and more — all in the crisp winter morning light. ✨

I set a personal goal for myself, and I’m thrilled to say I hit my target of finishing in 30 minutes! 🎯 Running always reminds me that it’s not about competing with others — it’s about pushing yourself to be better than you were yesterday. 💪

Whether you’re chasing your fitness goals or tackling a new challenge in life, remember: it’s about doing YOUR personal best and forgetting the rest!
