June was the biggest month of my career in volume — and it was filled with the stories that remind me why I love what I do. Here’s a look back at the people, places, and memories that made it so special:

This was one for the books — Charlie and Priya closed on their first home together. Their story started at WCU, where they not only fell in love but built careers in storytelling as a university photographer and videographer. They're getting married in September, and now they get to start forever in a home that’s already full of heart.

After more than a year of searching, these buyers found their perfect second home. We checked off nearly every box, and they’re already meeting with contractors to bring their vision to life. Their mountain escape officially begins now — and I couldn’t be happier for them.
🏡 100 Grayling Dr, Cullowhee
This one hit home. Jeff and Kim built their mountain house while their daughter was at WCU — years of fishing, tailgating, and gathering with friends. When Jeff called ready to sell, it was humbling. These are the stories that stay with you — not just because of the sale, but because of the memories shared along the way.

Selling real estate isn’t like Selling Sunset — it’s real emotion. Real people. Real life. Behind every closing is a quiet mix of stress, excitement, and everything in between.
