I hope everyone had a great weekend!
This morning, I realized I haven't shared all of the homes/land that I've closed this year. Here are some of the deals I've closed over the last 3 months!
Since late Spring/Early Summer, I've helped 3 first time home buyers. I sold my first new constructions to some friends, and helped them design/style their new home that absolutely blows every home in the neighborhood out of the water! Closed my first vacant land transaction with some family friends right off of River Rd! Got to help a friend from college buy a new home for his family (Second time working with him too!).
For my most recent closing, and possibly one that I'm most proud of, I had a client refer me to an old coworker of his. This gentleman is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. I spent time with him on 3-4 occasions before even listing his home. There was a lot of sentiment involved. But we listed his house, got multiple offers, and closed 15k over asking in under 3 weeks! I can't take all of the credit though, the work that him and his partner put in between us meeting and us listing was AMAZING. They made sure we had something proper to show, and the results are the evidence of that.
The connections I get to make with people in this line of work makes the slow times & bad days worth it. I'm so very grateful for ever person I get to interact with and work with. Building long term relationships with clients is just as important to me as getting them to the closing table.
