This beauty has been officially sold and ready for its next owners!
I cannot congratulate my sellers enough. They’re very special to my heart and our family, and I feel great honor in assisting them with selling their home. I want to thank Steve for his service to this country, and also to his wife Katie and their two children. Being a military spouse isn’t easy, but you do it with grace and support.
This is part of the job that isn’t talked about enough - when your clients are moving but maybe they don’t really want to, or they don’t have a choice due to military orders, or when a loved one passes away and the family is left with the estate.
This industry is about making connections with your clients and understanding their needs, their wants, their fears, their excitements, and their frustrations. It’s not about your sale, it’s not about how much money you’re making - it has quite literally nothing to do with you. It’s about THEM.
So to Steve, Katie and the kids, I wish you nothing but good health and happiness as you step into your new life journey. Bless you all on your next chapter 🤍
