Porter is an excitable boy. He gets fixated with a high herding drive. It’s tough to make him sit still. So when we encountered a visitor at the swanky mansion, we took the opportunity to practice restraint and “stay”. He did a great job despite being taunted & the visitor stealing his signature move. We have been getting pulled away from the quite a lot over the last few months. Thankfully it has been due to other great opportunities including selling houses & getting another property ready to rent. Completing this mudroom was a big step towards getting this home on the market. While Kevin was doing this, Lucianna has been giving the rest of the house a fresh coat of paint. This makeover will tie the space in nicely with the kitchen and provide a welcoming back entrance from the long driveway. We will show the whole space once the kitchen is put back together, but in the meantime, enjoy the transformation 🤩 …this Eastwood 2 🛏️ bungalow will be ready for rent very soon 😎

One of my biggest accomplishments in my renovation/property ownership journey has been getting better at measuring cuts & transferring lines to create tight fit. My brain wants to flip flop each measurement and smell smoke every time I’m doing it. At least now, Im getting the right fit after burning some brain cells 🤯
