Piper 3 is the only two bedroom duplex in the Piper-Phillips Residences. It sleeps six, with a new sleeper sofa added to the living room, and has become a favorite on Airbnb.

Another unique feature of Piper 3 is that it has direct access to the street, making entry extremely convenient.

Studio living above the Square

Inside the historic Bentley Settle Building, only five studio apartments overlook Walton Street. Even fewer have the incredibly large windows you see featured in 3B.

Not only do you have everything you need inside the apartment: a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and a Murphy bed that lifts up into a desk, you have the restaurants and bars that make Armory Square so beloved right outside. Even better, on a rainy or snowy day, you can stay inside, head to the basement, and grab something to eat at The Wh***ey Coop.
